Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We are hiring a Site Supervisor for our Raipur construction projects. The candidate must have strong experience in RCC structural execution, including Sariya and Shuttering work supervision.
The role requires strong site coordination skills, labor handling capability, and the ability to ensure quality and timely execution at site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site execution activities and labor deployment
- Handle RCC structure work including reinforcement and shuttering activities
- Ensure proper execution as per drawings and project timelines
- Coordinate with labor contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and attendance
- Monitor quality, safety, and workflow continuity
- Assist in billing measurements and execution documentation
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and execution challenges
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
- 2–5 years of construction site supervision experience
- Mandatory experience in:
- Structure Work
- Sariya Work
- Shuttering Work
- Good labor handling and coordination skills
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
- Ability to manage site execution independently
