Manager - Sales
Experience: 3+ years of overall sales experience, including at least 1 year of team management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve conversion rates, increase booking value, and minimize unnecessary discounting.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of customer interactions across calls and chats, ensuring timely responses and higher closure rates.
- Train team members on city-specific knowledge, property details, pricing, customer personas, and guest requirements.
- Own and drive offline sales targets, individual team member performance, and overall lead funnel efficiency.
- Analyze CRM data to monitor lead stages, identify drop-off points, understand reasons for lost opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Conduct competitor research and share market insights to strengthen pricing strategy, sales positioning, and pitch effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate property information and seamless guest experience.
- Track team performance through regular reviews, provide actionable feedback, and foster a high-performance sales culture.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
