Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Service Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Service Cloud implementation, configuration, support, and customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Service Ticket lifecycle management, PDI development, integrations, and end-to-end Service Cloud business processes.
This role requires a blend of functional consulting and technical development capabilities to deliver scalable and efficient SAP Service Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
SAP C4C Service Cloud – Functional Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to customer service and support operations.
Configure SAP Service Cloud components including:
Service Requests / Tickets
Activities & Tasks
Work Distribution
Routing Rules
SLA & Response Profiles
Service Categories
Entitlements
Notifications & Approval Processes
Configure organizational structures, employee work distribution, and service processes.
Design and develop analytical reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Support master and transactional data migration using Data Workbench/CSV templates.
Work closely with stakeholders to optimize Service Cloud workflows and user experience.
SAP C4C Technical / PDI Responsibilities
Develop custom logic using ABSL scripting in PDI.
Create custom BOs, extension fields, validations, and extension scenarios.
Build UI enhancements, workflows, event-based triggers, and data consistency checks.
Work with OData and SOAP web services for integrations.
Debug application logs, web service monitors, and message dashboards.
Provide production support and troubleshoot Service Cloud issues.
SAP CPI Integration (Good to Have)
Build and maintain integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI.
Configure adapters such as SOAP, OData, HTTPS, SFTP, IDoc, and RFC.
Implement mapping logic, custom functions, and Groovy scripts.
Handle monitoring, error handling, retry mechanisms, and message tracking.
Work on integrations between Service Cloud and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Service Ticket lifecycle management.
Experience with SLAs, Response Profiles, Service Categories, and Entitlements.
Hands-on experience in PDI/ABSL development.
Knowledge of OData/SOAP integrations and web services.
Experience in workflows, routing rules, and work distribution setup.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
Experience with SAP CPI integrations.
Exposure to CTI, Knowledge Base, and FSM integrations.
Experience in end-to-end SAP C4C implementation projects.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,718,789.98 per year
