We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in teaching English communication skills, motivating students, and contributing to student enrolment and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English classes for students of different proficiency levels.
- Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments.
- Motivate and guide students to improve their communication and confidence.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Support student counselling and participate in admission-related activities when required.
- Work collaboratively with the academic and admissions teams to achieve institutional goals.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Passion for teaching with strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethics.
- Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students effectively.
- Prior experience as a Spoken English Trainer or in language training is preferred.
