Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sourcing and Closing Executive to identify potential property opportunities, generate qualified leads, coordinate with clients and channel partners, and support the end-to-end sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source residential and commercial property leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, property owners, and developers.
- Qualify customer requirements and match them with suitable property options.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients and stakeholders.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate documentation, booking formalities, and agreement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, and sales closure targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads sourced.
- Site visits scheduled and completed.
- Conversion rate from lead to booking.
- Revenue generated.
- Customer satisfaction and timely deal closure.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
