- Identify and prospect business owners and companies with outstanding receivables fromdefaulting parties, through outbound calling, referrals, field visits, and other lead-generationchannels.
- Pitch Fundraksha's legal collections process clearly and professionally, explaining how therecovery journey works from intimation letter through negotiation and settlement.
- Understand each prospective client's dispute — amount outstanding, nature of the defaulterrelationship, and supporting documentation available (GST tax invoices, e-way bills, deliverychallans, purchase orders, etc.).
- Address client questions and objections regarding process, timelines, fees, and likelihood ofrecovery, building the trust required for a client to onboard.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms of engagement with the client, including service fee /commission structure linked to settlement value.
- Complete client onboarding formalities — collecting case documentation, agreements, andauthorizations — and ensure a clean handover to the assigned senior lawyer and collectionsassociate.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pitches, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or trackingsystem used by the team.
- Coordinate with the legal and collections team post-onboarding to relay client context andsupport a smooth transition into active case handling.
- Work toward monthly client onboarding (closure) targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
