The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in **SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA system conversion**, **SAP RISE migrations**, **SAP HANA Database Administration**, and **integration of SAP cloud solutions** such as **SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector, and SAP Integration Suite (CPI)**.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, optimizing, and supporting enterprise SAP environments while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1.SAP Basis Administration
- Administer and support SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments.
- Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, kernel upgrades, support package implementation, and enhancement package upgrades.
- Manage SAP system refreshes, client copies, system copies, and landscape maintenance.
- Configure and administer SAP transport management system (TMS) across multiple landscapes.
- Perform system performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Manage SAP users, authorizations, background jobs, spool administration, RFC connections, and interface monitoring.
- Support production operations with incident, problem, and change management.
2.SAP S/4HANA & RISE
- Lead or support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects using Software Update Manager (SUM) with DMO.
- Execute technical activities related to SAP RISE migrations and cloud transformations.
- Support greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition projects.
- Perform post-conversion validation, SPAU/SPDD adjustments, Fiori activation, and technical optimization.
- Implement and maintain SAP High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
3.SAP HANA Database Administration
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP HANA databases.
- Perform HANA backup and recovery activities.
- Monitor HANA database performance, memory utilization, CPU, and disk usage.
- Execute HANA performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Perform tenant database administration and HANA system replication.
- Manage HANA security, auditing, and user administration.
4.SAP Cloud Integration
- Configure and administer SAP Cloud Connector.
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA with SAP BTP services.
- Support SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI) connectivity.
- Configure destinations, trust, certificates, principal propagation, OAuth, and SSO.
- Support integration between SAP and third-party cloud/on-premise applications.
### Technical Operations
- Monitor SAP systems using Solution Manager, Focused Run, Cloud ALM, or equivalent monitoring tools.
- Maintain SSL certificates, SAP Web Dispatcher, ICM, SAProuter, and secure communications.
- Perform OS-level administration (Linux/Unix/Windows) related to SAP systems.
- Coordinate with SAP, hyperscalers, infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, operational runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
