About the Role
Goyal Properties is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage key Human Resource functions with a strong focus on Learning & Development, HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, Statutory Compliance, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
Learning & Development ( Major Focus )
· Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute technical and behavioural training programs.
· Manage employee induction and orientation programs.
· Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback, and effectiveness reports.
· Coordinate with external trainers and training vendors.
· Track employee learning initiatives and maintain records.
HR Operations
· Manage employee onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
· Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
· Issue appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, and relieving letters.
· Maintain employee data in HRMS.
· Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Payroll & Attendance (Major Focus )
· Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
· Verify payroll inputs before processing.
· Handle employee payroll-related queries.
· Maintain attendance and leave records.
Statutory Compliance
· Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
· Maintain compliance records.
· Assist during audits and inspections.
· Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR policies.
Performance Management
· Coordinate appraisal cycles.
· Track timelines and maintain PMS documentation.
· Support managers in performance review processes.
Employee Engagement & HR Support
· Plan employee engagement activities.
· Address HR policy queries.
· Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary documentation.
· Support HR initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
Required Skills
· Knowledge of HR Operations, L&D, Payroll, Compliance and PMS.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRMS.
· Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.
Qualifications
· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
· 2–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
· Real Estate industry experience preferred.

· Experience independently handling HR Operations.
· Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
· Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
· Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.24 - ₹40,000.27 per month
