Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations across assigned properties, ensuring consistency in service standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide property managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost controls, and revenue optimization strategies across the properties.
- Sustainability Practices: Ensure adherence to eco-friendly practices and CGH Earth’s sustainability standards.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain regulatory compliance, health & safety standards, and risk management protocols.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular operational reports and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
- 8–10 years of experience in hotel/resort operations, with at least 3 years in multi-property management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive profitability.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious hospitality.
- Flexibility to travel frequently across properties.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
