Valid APMC registration
- Examine and interpret laboratory specimens, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, cytology, and histopathology samples, as applicable.
- Analyze laboratory findings and provide accurate diagnostic reports.
- Correlate laboratory results with clinical information to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with established protocols and quality standards.
- Review and validate laboratory test results before release.
- Ensure proper specimen handling, processing, storage, and disposal procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance, quality control, proficiency testing, and accreditation activities.
- Investigate abnormal, critical, or unexpected laboratory results and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential laboratory records and reports.
- Monitor laboratory safety practices and infection-control procedures.
- Assist in the selection, validation, and implementation of laboratory equipment and testing methodologies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise laboratory personnel when required.
Pay: ₹38,035.32 - ₹146,506.09 per month
