Candidates must possess a Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. Physics) with NET/SET qualification and a Ph.D. as per UGC norms. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, the ability to mentor students, engage in research, contribute to academic administration, and participate in curriculum development, NAAC/NIRF-related activities, and departmental initiatives. Candidates with excellent communication skills, a commitment to academic excellence, and a student-centric approach will be preferred.
