About the Role
You’ll work primarily on ArcMart's demand side, helping homeowners discover and purchase relevant home improvement and construction services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand homeowners' requirements.
- Explain ArcMart's services and offerings.
- Recommend relevant services/products.
- Convert qualified leads.
- Handle calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Handle objections and customer questions.
- Coordinate with professionals and suppliers.
- Maintain the sales pipeline.
- Track leads and conversions.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation.
- Comfortable with sales calls.
- Target-oriented.
- Persistent and resilient.
- Good customer-handling ability.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
