ROLE OVERVIEW
The Partnerships Lead is responsible for driving new revenue from national corporate and institutional donors, with a focus on building a diversified, high-value funding pipeline aligned to ONYVA’s strategic goal of increasing national funding to ₹4 crore annually.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Corporate Prospecting & Pipeline Development
● Identify and build a pipeline of 50–100 corporate prospects (with various segments of CSR budgets)
● Map corporate priorities and align ONYVA programs accordingly
● Maintain and update all prospects in the CRM system (Airtable)
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
● Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, referrals, events)
● Secure and conduct 8–10 corporate meetings/month
● Build long-term relationships with CSR heads and decision-makers
3. Proposal Development & Conversion
● Lead development of tailored proposals and pitch decks
● Submit 3–5 proposals/month
● Drive negotiations and close 1–2 new corporate partnerships/month
4. Strategic Positioning
● Contribute to defining what to pitch to whom (program-specific vs org-wide funding)
● Identify opportunities for multi-year and high-value partnerships
5. Execution Discipline
● Maintain an up-to-date pipeline tracker (Airtable) with clear next actions for all leads
● Ensure consistent movement of leads across stages through timely follow-ups (no lead goes cold beyond 7–10 days)
● Meet minimum activity benchmarks for outreach, meetings, and proposals
● Track and improve conversion rates across the funnel
● Come prepared for weekly pipeline reviews with clear updates, bottlenecks, and next steps
● Demonstrate strong ownership and urgency in driving deals toward closure
6. Monthly Targets and KPIs
● New corporate leads added

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
● Conversion rate (meeting → proposal → closure)
● Average deal size

● Contribution to overall national fundraising targets
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
● MBA or related field
● 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development (non-profit/CSR preferred)
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets
● Strong understanding of CSR landscape and donor ecosystem in India

● Maintain complete transparency and accuracy in all donor communications and reporting

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (Indicative)
● Fixed salary component
