Job Description:
1, Interacting with clients & Architects to know the requirements
2, Develop initial design concepts that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget for clients, including space planning and color schemes.
3, Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software to visualize design plans.
4, Select and specify furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and materials, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for procurement.
5, Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with project’s program, budget and time constraints
6, Coordinate project teams in the progress of architectural design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates and project reports
7, Must known the Infurnia Software
