Key Responsibilities
- Collect and label patient specimens (blood, urine, stool, etc.).
- Perform routine laboratory tests in areas such as: Hematology & Clinical Biochemistry
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Record and report test results accurately.
- Follow laboratory quality assurance and infection control protocols.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
- Dispose of biomedical waste according to regulations.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and medical terminology.
