Lachi is a premium personalised stationery, gifting and wedding invitation brand based in New Delhi. We work closely with discerning individuals, families, wedding clients and corporate customers to create thoughtfully designed, personalised products and invitations.
We are looking for a polished, warm and highly organised Customer Relationship Manager who can understand client requirements, guide customers confidently and ensure a seamless experience from the first enquiry to the completion of an order.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Enquiries and Relationship Management
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, website enquiries and social media leads.
- Understand each customer’s requirements and recommend suitable Lachi products, personalisation options and gifting solutions.
- Explain product details, pricing, quantities, timelines, customisation possibilities and the ordering process clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert qualified enquiries into orders.
- Maintain a professional, courteous and responsive tone across all client interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat customers and important clients.
Wedding Invitation Clients
- Speak with wedding clients and families to understand their invitation requirements, wedding functions, preferred style, quantity, budget and timelines.
- Introduce clients to Lachi’s printed invitations, stationery and motion e-invite services.
- Coordinate consultations and guide clients through available designs, formats and customisation options.
- Prepare and share relevant information, proposals and quotations in coordination with the design and management teams.
- Follow up with wedding leads and maintain clear communication throughout the design and production process.
- Manage client expectations regarding revisions, approvals, payment schedules and delivery timelines.
Showroom and Client Meetings
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the Lachi showroom.
- Present products and collections in a refined and engaging manner.
- Conduct client consultations and help customers make suitable selections.
- Ensure that the showroom and consultation area remain organised and client-ready.
- Coordinate appointments and prepare relevant samples before meetings.
Order and Internal Coordination
- Record client requirements accurately and share complete briefs with the design, production and dispatch teams.
- Maintain organised records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, orders and payments.
- Track ongoing orders and proactively update clients regarding approvals, production and dispatch.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure commitments and timelines are met.
- Identify urgent matters, potential delays or client concerns and escalate them promptly.
- Assist with other customer experience, showroom and administrative responsibilities when required.
Ideal Candidate
- Has excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Is confident speaking with premium clients, wedding families and senior decision-makers.
- Has a polished, warm and professional personality.
- Is patient, attentive and capable of understanding detailed or evolving client requirements.
- Possesses strong follow-up, organisation and multitasking skills.
- Is commercially aware and comfortable converting enquiries into sales without being overly aggressive.
- Can manage multiple conversations and orders while maintaining accuracy.
- Is comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets and basic CRM or order-management tools.
- Has good taste and an interest in design, stationery, gifting, weddings or luxury products.
- Handles client information and sensitive family requirements with discretion.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands
- Wedding invitations, wedding planning or event management
- Interior design, jewellery, fashion or designer boutiques
- Hospitality, guest relations or high-end customer service
- Personalised gifting, stationery or corporate gifting
