Key Responsibilities • Monitor daily backup jobs and ensure successful completion • Perform backup, restore, and recovery operations • Troubleshoot backup failures and resolve issues within defined timelines • Manage backup schedules, retention policies, and storage utilization • Support implementation and maintenance of backup infrastructure • Coordinate with server, storage, and application teams for backup requirements • Generate backup reports and maintain operational documentation • Ensure backup compliance and data protection standards are followed • Participate in disaster recovery and restoration testing activities • Provide technical support for backup-related incidents and service requests
