For Fitter
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Repair and overhaul pumps, gearboxes, compressors, agitators, reactors, centrifuges, and pipelines.
- Perform alignment of motors and pumps.
- Replace bearings, seals, couplings, valves, and gaskets.
- Fabricate and install piping, supports, and structural components.
- Read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Assist in equipment erection, commissioning, and shutdown activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and SOP requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records and job reports.
For Electrician
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot motors, MCCs, PCCs, transformers, and control panels.
- Maintain lighting systems and power distribution networks.
- Carry out cable laying, termination, and panel wiring.
- Inspect and maintain VFDs, soft starters, and electrical drives.
- Monitor electrical safety and compliance standards.
- Attend emergency electrical breakdowns.
- Record maintenance activities and equipment history.
For Maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Attend mechanical, electrical, and utility breakdowns.
- Maintain reactors, dryers, centrifuges, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, and utility systems.
- Coordinate with production for maintenance planning.
- Prepare maintenance reports and spare-part requirements.
- Support calibration and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in plant shutdown and turnaround activities.
Preferred candidate profile
ITI / Diploma Experience in API, bulk drugs, pharmaceuticals, or chemical manufacturing Knowledge of rotating and static equipment. Pipe fitting and fabrication skills Understanding of industrial safety practices Reading electrical drawings and schematics Troubleshooting of motors, drives, and panels Breakdown reduction Safety compliance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
