- Staff Management: Plan team shifts, assign daily cleaning tasks, and provide ongoing training for new and existing housekeepers.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct routine checks of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inventory Control: Monitor supplies like linens, towels, and cleaning chemicals. Manage reordering and report equipment in need of repair.
- Guest Services: Address and resolve any guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Compliance: Ensure all daily operations and staff adhere to established health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
