Job Title: Desktop Support / IT Support – Night Shift
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Location: Ludhiana (On-site)
Timings: 9pm to 6am (Mon-Fri)
About the Role:
SJ Solutions & Infotech is looking for an experienced Desktop Support / IT Support – Night Shift who can handle technical issues independently during night shift and ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor systems and ensure uptime
- Install, configure, and update systems
- Handle basic networking tasks (LAN, Router, Switch)
- Maintain issue logs and documentation
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS & system troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with remote support tools
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working night shift
Preferred:
- CCNA or Hardware/Networking certification
- Experience with ticketing systems
Eligibility:
- Candidates must be based in Ludhiana or nearby areas
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
