The selected candidate will manage Talent Acquisition (60%) and HR Operations (40%), with a strong emphasis on endtoend recruitment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate sector.
Handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding
Managing bulk and lateral hiring for functions such as Sales, CRM, Projects and other realestate roles
Ensuring strong coordination with hiring managers and maintaining a healthy pipeline
Managing employee onboarding, documentation, HRMIS records, and attendance
Supporting payroll inputs, employee engagement, grievance handling and HR compliance
Preparing HR letters and supporting performance management activities
