QC at a Garment factory for Woven womenswear Garment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct trim inspections for buttons, zippers, labels, and accessories as per tech pack.
Requirements:
- Experience in woven womenswear garment quality control.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and AQL standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Approve fit, size set, and PP samples before bulk production.
- Monitor cutting and pattern matching before production starts.
- Perform inline quality audits during sewing operations.
- Identify defects and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
- Check finishing quality including pressing, thread trimming, and button-holing.
- Conduct final AQL inspections before shipment.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
