Job Summary
We are seeking a polished and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role is perfect for someone who is technically sound, highly organized, and possesses a natural flair for customer service. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions on our platform and ensuring all data is accurately captured in our CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Coordinate and engage with customers directly on our platform, providing timely and professional responses.
- CRM Operations: Maintain and update customer records daily. You must have good technical knowledge to navigate CRM software and ensure data integrity.
- Multilingual Support: Communicate fluently in English and Tamil. This includes high-quality professional writing (no grammatical errors) and clear, polite verbal communication.
- Problem Solving: Address customer queries and technical hurdles, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Lead Coordination: Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Customer Relationship, Client Coordination, or Front-end Support role.
- Language Skills: Absolute fluency in Tamil and English (both speaking and writing). We are looking for candidates who can draft professional emails and chats without grammatical mistakes.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and basic MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Presentation: Must be well-presented and professional, as you will represent the brand to our premium clientele in the T. Nagar/Nandanam area.
- Education: Any Graduate degree.
