Job Responsibilities:
- To meet expected sales growth projections for varied product categories
- Meet or exceed corporate quarterly growth goals
- To build a Regional Sales Strategy and structure to drive corporate growth.
- Develop Account Development & Management Plans for their territory
- Develop long term relationships with customers and know how to develop service solutions
- Understand the Sales process in a consulting trade
- Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales volume, potential sales and customer base expectations.
- Prepare, develop and edit catalogues, brochures & literature
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
Qualified candidates will possess the following characteristics:
- 3 or more years of experience in sales or services driven environment
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success throughout the contact to contract to implementation stage
- Build customer relation as a part of customer retention strategy
- Demonstrated capabilities in team work and leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Literacy is a must
