About the Role
BrainsterStudio is looking for a talented Visual Graphic Designer & Reel Creator who can create compelling visual content and engaging short-form videos for multiple brands across different industries.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand social media trends, and be capable of turning concepts into content that drives engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, advertisements, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and content calendars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.
- Ensure visual consistency across all client brands.
- Stay updated with emerging design and social media trends.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Content Creation.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content formats.
- Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
