Job Summary
SS Pre Owned Car Showroom is seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Lobby Hostess to create a positive first impression for customers visiting our showroom. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, assist with customer inquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure a comfortable and professional showroom experience. The Lobby Hostess serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and showroom hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet walk-in customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Guide customers to the appropriate sales executive or department.
- Maintain visitor records and customer footfall data.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort while waiting.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and lobby area.
- Assist in scheduling customer appointments and follow-ups.
- Support showroom events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Address basic customer queries and escalate complex concerns to the relevant team.
- Coordinate with sales and administrative staff to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain customer interaction records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree qualification preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, hospitality, or showroom operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented approach.
