KRA – Business Development Executive | Dave & Dave Associates Pvt. Ltd. (Financial Inclusion)
1) Operational Coordination: Support implementation of financial inclusion services (BC, microfinance, insurance, digital payments) and coordinate with field teams to meet operational targets.
2) Field & Partner Support: Assist BC agents and field staff with onboarding, training coordination, and resolving operational issues.
3) Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper KYC, customer documentation, and adherence to partner bank/NBFC guidelines.
4) MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and track key metrics like account openings, transactions, and loan disbursements.
5) Quality & Process Improvement: Monitor operational accuracy, identify gaps, and suggest process improvements.
6) Customer Support: Ensure timely resolution of customer and field-level operational issues.
7) Internal Coordination: Work with business development, compliance, and tech teams to ensure smooth operations.
