The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a smooth service experience, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The role involves handling service follow-ups, feedback, appointments, and complaint resolution across multiple car brands.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for service appointments and enquiries
- Schedule and confirm vehicle service bookings
- Follow up with customers for periodic maintenance and service reminders
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for job status updates
- Inform customers about service progress, delays, and delivery timelines
- Collect customer feedback after service and maintain CSI records
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM/DMS
- Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), extended warranties, and service offers
- Ensure proper communication regarding estimates, approvals, and additional repairs
- Support front office operations when required
