We are seeking a hands-on Operations Head who will combine three closely connected responsibilities: leading business operations, owning core HR and people processes, and serving as the lead trainer and career-readiness mentor for Udhamshala. The incumbent will translate organisational goals into disciplined processes, build and manage a productive team, and prepare students for entry-level opportunities across banking, financial services, insurance, lending, customer service, sales and related financial-sector roles. 2. Key Responsibilities - Operations Leadership Develop, implement and continuously improve operating processes, SOPs, workflows and service standards across the organization and Udhamshala. Own day-to-day operational planning, resource allocation, coordination and execution; ensure activities are completed on time and to defined quality standards. Track operational MIS/KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions using data and root-cause analysis. Coordinate management, trainers, administration, business teams, vendors and external partners. Maintain operational discipline, documentation, controls and escalation mechanisms. Support budgeting, cost control and resource planning. Identify operational risks and ensure appropriate controls and timely escalation. Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, student/client focus and professional conduct. 3. HR Manager Responsibilities Own the employee lifecycle: manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, induction, employee records, performance management and exits. Define job descriptions, competencies, staffing requirements and hiring priorities with functional heads. Lead recruitment for trainers, operations staff and other critical positions. Develop and maintain HR policies covering attendance, leave, conduct, performance, learning and development, grievance handling and discipline. Coordinate payroll inputs, employee documentation, benefits and HR records with relevant partners. Run structured performance reviews, goal setting and development plans. Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts fairly, confidentially and promptly. Maintain HR dashboards covering headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance and performance. Ensure HR practices align with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements; obtain specialist advice where required. Drive employee engagement, retention, professional culture and internal communication. 4. Udhamshala — Lead Trainer & Training Head Own the academic and employability-training calendar for students preparing for financial-sector careers. Deliver classroom, virtual and practical training covering banking and financial services fundamentals, financial products, customer handling, sales/service, digital banking, workplace behaviour and job-readiness. Design session plans, activities, role plays, case studies, simulations and assessments aligned with employer requirements. Train students in communication, professional etiquette, problem-solving, customer interaction, objection handling, ethical selling and interview skills. Conduct pre-assessments, periodic assessments, mock tests, practical evaluations and posttraining assessments. Provide individual feedback, mentoring and career guidance, including CV/resume readiness, interview preparation and group discussions. Prepare students for realistic entry-level BFSI roles while maintaining accuracy and ethical standards. Track attendance, participation, assessment performance, completion and placement-readiness through structured MIS. Coordinate with placement/employer partners to understand job requirements, interview expectations and candidate feedback. Continuously updated curriculum based on industry changes, employer feedback and observed skill gaps.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
