Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to transform architectural concepts, sketches, and CAD drawings into high-quality, photorealistic visualizations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, texturing, and post-production for interior, exterior, and landscape projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D models and renders for interior, exterior, and landscape projects.
- Develop photorealistic visualizations using industry-standard rendering software.
- Set up lighting, cameras, materials, and textures to achieve high-quality outputs.
- Perform post-production and image enhancement using Photoshop and other visualization tools.
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and architectural plans to create accurate 3D models.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and rendering libraries.
- Incorporate client feedback and complete revisions efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Experience with V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Working knowledge of D5 Render and/or Twinmotion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, material creation, and camera setup.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp.
- Experience with HandScape or similar visualization tools.
- Understanding of architectural and interior design workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 1–7 years of experience in 3D visualization, architectural rendering, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior visualization projects is mandatory.
