Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Senior Server or Captain on a busy restaurant floor.
Overview: Responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and guest experience of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present the menu, and pitch signature drinks or food pairings.
- Take accurate orders, repeat them to guests, and punch them correctly into the POS.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure food and drinks arrive on time.
- Oversee servers in their section and ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly.
Skills Needed:
- Confident communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong menu knowledge and the ability to upsell signature food and drinks.
- Fast and accurate KOT/POS punching.
- Excellent table etiquette and eye for detail in guest service.
- Must be pet-friendly.
