Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker to join our logistics team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring timely and efficient movement of freight. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new shipping clients and carrier partners
- Negotiate freight rates and close deals to maximize profitability
- Coordinate and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and carriers
- Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays proactively
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in freight broking, logistics, or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of transportation and supply chain processes is a plus
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
