We are hiring Front Office Executive for Honda Showroom in Angadippuram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Customers: Warmly greet walk-ins, find out if they are looking to buy a bike or get a service, and connect them with the right sales executive or service advisor.
- Manage Phone Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, handle basic questions about bike availability or showroom hours, and route calls to the correct team.
- Keep the Front Desk Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and accurately log all customer walk-ins.
- Showroom Support: Assist with basic showroom paperwork, log customer details into the system, and help schedule test rides.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Degree or Diploma.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, reception, or front office administration is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, a pleasant and professional demeanor, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
