About the Role
Homeli Architects is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive with prior experience in the interior design or home renovation industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both hot leads and cold calling, converting inquiries into qualified site visits, and maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming (hot) leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Explain our interior design services and project process professionally.
- Schedule design consultations, site visits, and meetings for the design team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM daily.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams for smooth customer handover.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent pre-sales support.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.
- Follow up on pending quotations and inactive leads.
- Collect customer feedback and address initial concerns professionally.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Home Renovation, Architecture, Furniture, or Real Estate company.
- Proven experience handling hot leads and cold calling.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Good understanding of residential interior projects.
- Ability to work under monthly sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- CRM software experience (Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, HubSpot, etc.).
- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- WhatsApp Business communication.
- Basic knowledge of quotations and BOQs.
- Customer objection handling and negotiation.
