- Assist in handling buyer enquiries and order confirmations.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing details, and purchase orders.
- Follow up with production, sampling, and quality teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Track order status and update buyers regularly.
- Ensure shipment deadlines are met.
- Maintain proper documentation (PI, LC, invoices, packing list).
- Support in sample development and approvals.
- Monitor production timelines and highlight delays.
