Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Store & Inventory to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, and material movement in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP B1, inventory management, and Store operations while ensuring timely material availability for production with accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store & Inventory Management
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and engineering components.
- Ensure proper storage practices and material identification as per company standards.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
2. SAP B1 & Inventory Control
- Perform all inventory transactions in SAP Business One (SAP B1) accurately and on time.
- Update Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transfer, Material Return, and Inventory Adjustment entries.
- Monitor stock levels and generate inventory reports for management.
3. Material Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch departments for timely availability and movement of materials.
- Ensure materials are issued as per production schedules and approved documentation.
- Follow up on pending materials with the Purchase department.
4. Goods Receipt & Inspection
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with the Quality department for incoming material inspection and acceptance.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of accepted, rejected, and hold materials.
5. Stock Verification & Accuracy
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through proper documentation and physical verification.
6. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
- Ensure all store records comply with company policies and audit requirements.
7. Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain 5S standards within the store.
- Ensure safe storage and handling of materials.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Store & Inventory operations within a manufacturing company.
- Experience in engineering, automotive, or industrial manufacturing will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) or any ERP system.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of GRN, Material Issue, Stock Transfer, BOM, and inventory reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates having experience in engineering, automotive, industrial equipment, electromechanical products, or manufacturing industries and SAP B1 will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
