Job Description
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the Ambience Management team
Major Responsibilities:

Process tenant Move-in procedure & Fit out Co-ordination

Responsible for Fit Out Period Recovery from Tenants
-
Explain lease agreements, tenant responsibilities and in-house rules
-
Complete check in inspections, inform maintenance of deficiencies and enter information into the database

Complete inspections and advise tenants of violations and damages
-
Investigate and respond to complaints made by or about tenants and take corrective action as required
-
Provide tenants with general information on Mall Operating Procedures
-
Calculate tenants’ base and monthly CAM
-
Liaise with other organizations about tenant issues and concerns
-
Co-ordinate Event Promotion Activities
-
Process tenant checkouts
-
Identify tenant damage, complete invoices to recover costs and/or complete damage deposit refund statements
-
Maintain monthly CAM Collection , tenant damage and other related accounts
-
Identify tenant delinquencies and distribute collection letters for CAM Charges
-
Collect CAM, issue receipts on coordination with DLF Mall Management team
-
Reconcile revenues
-
Advise management team about tenant issues and concerns
-
Maintain and review tenant files
-
Respond to customer/tenant inquires
-
Maintain the Property inventory database
Qualification
A diploma/Degree Holder with adequate experience in Tenant Relations of Shopping Centres
Work Experience
-
Minimum Experience – 3 to 5 Yrs in the same field
Compensation : Commensurate with market
