Sales Target Achievement: Drive and achieve accessories sales targets for all distributors within the assigned zone.
Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.
Distributor Management: Build strong relationships with distributors to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
Provide guidance on inventory planning, pricing strategies, and ROI improvement.
Process Implementation: Ensure adherence to company systems and processes across the distribution channel.
Conduct regular audits and compliance checks.
Business Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities in the accessories segment.
Work on business enablers and implement initiatives to enhance market penetration.
Product Promotion & Training: Promote accessories through strategic campaigns and dealer engagement programs.
Conduct training sessions for channel manpower to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track distributor performance, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with leadership.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sales, profitability, and market share.
