We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Projects to lead the planning, execution, installation and commissioning of AFR, RDF, Shredder and Waste Processing Projects at our cement plant in Rajasthan.
Key ResponsibilitiesAFR / RDF Projects
- Lead end-to-end execution of AFR and RDF processing and feeding systems.
- Manage receiving, unloading, storage, segregation, processing, shredding and feeding of alternative fuels.
- Develop and optimize systems for handling RDF, municipal solid waste, plastic waste, biomass and other alternative fuels.
- Coordinate with the process team to ensure suitable AFR quality and consistent feeding to the kiln/calciner.
- Support improvement of Thermal Substitution Rate (TSR) and alternative fuel utilization.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma – Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience: 10–18 years

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
