Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage highly effective Meta advertising campaigns to reach specific audience segments and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to optimize ad targeting and improve ad relevance.
- Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEM tools to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design eye-catching graphics and content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to enhance ad creatives.
- Manage content creation and scheduling across social media channels using social media management tools to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Perform conversion optimization by analyzing user behavior data, testing different ad formats, landing pages, and call-to-actions to maximize ROI.
- Implement marketing automation strategies for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Maintain proficiency in WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to support landing page development and website integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives, e-commerce projects, and content management efforts to align digital strategies with business goals.
- Track campaign metrics using analytics tools; prepare detailed reports on performance trends, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of Facebook Advertising platform features.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), SEM strategies, and performance marketing techniques.
- Skilled in content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design principles, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and landing page development.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization tactics and analytics-driven decision-making processes.
- Experience with social media marketing across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent copywriting skills coupled with the ability to craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data insights to refine strategies continuously; experience with Google Analytics is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
