- Make outbound calls to companies and recruitment agencies across international markets to inquire about manpower requirements
- Introduce and promote company services related to manpower supply and recruitment
- Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients and partners
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Maintain a database of contacts, leads, and client interactions
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent (mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in speaking with international clients
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email communication)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
