HR Executive – People Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support and manage core HR operations. The role will be responsible for handling employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR records, supporting payroll inputs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance, and the ability to effectively interact with employees across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including document collection, verification, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all personnel files are accurate and up to date.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, role changes, and other employment-related documentation.
- Manage the complete offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and full-and-final settlement coordination.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave balances, overtime records, incentives, and deductions.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, town halls, and team-building initiatives.
- Support grievance handling and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management Support
- Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure timely completion of employee and manager evaluations.
- Maintain performance records and support managers with appraisal-related documentation.
Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain statutory records and assist in compliance-related documentation and audits.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, policy updates, and other employee communications.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate tracking, assessment coordination, and campus hiring initiatives when required.
- Assist hiring managers and recruiters in ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain HR reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, leave utilization, and recruitment status.
- Maintain HR databases, trackers, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Executive roles.
- Experience in handling onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
Skills & Competencies
Functional Skills
- Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Basic knowledge of payroll inputs and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Experience using HR software, attendance systems, or payroll tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
