*About the Role*
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities for industrial and automation products. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market understanding, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with business needs.
*Role Objective*
To ensure uninterrupted supply of quality materials at competitive prices while building strong vendor relationships and optimizing procurement processes for efficiency and cost savings.
*Core Responsibilities*
Source and identify reliable vendors for automation and industrial products
Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and finalize suppliers
Negotiate cost, payment terms, and delivery timelines
Create and process purchase orders with accuracy
Ensure timely delivery and follow up with vendors regularly
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment
Maintain vendor database and performance records
Handle discrepancies related to quality, quantity, or delays
Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

*Compensation Structure*
Fixed Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)
Performance Incentives: Based on cost savings and procurement efficiency
Annual Bonus: Linked to overall company and individual performance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
