JOB PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced Software Tester to join our QA team and support testing activities for web and Windows-based applications developed in Microsoft technologies. Candidates with prior experience in e-learning platforms, SCORM-based LMS, assessment engines, or HR/training solutions will be given preference.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform manual and automation testing of .NET and MVC-based applications
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support release tasks
- Prepare and maintain test cases, test reports, and bug documentation
- Track and maintain tasks in Version Control Systems (VSS)
- Work collaboratively with developers and project teams to meet timelines
- Ensure functionality, usability, performance, and reliability across platforms
- Test SCORM, LMS, assessment tools, and related training applications
- Follow structured SDLC processes and maintain quality standards
TECHNICAL SKILL & KNOWLEDGE
- SDLC & STLC process knowledge
- Hands-on with manual and automation testing tools
- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Mantis)
- Understanding of:
- MVC, ASP.NET, C#, WCF, ADO.NET, HTML, XML, AJAX
- SQL Server: Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views
- Basic JavaScript & jQuery
- GUI testing for both Windows and Web interfaces
- Awareness of cloud architecture and deployments
