We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Banquet Sales Executive to drive banquet and event sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating event requirements, and ensuring seamless execution of banquet functions to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate banquet sales through corporate clients, social events, weddings, conferences, and group bookings.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Coordinate with operations, catering, and banquet teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase banquet facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client communications.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in banquet sales, event sales, hospitality sales, or hotel sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when required.
