We are looking for a smart, organized, and confident Client Coordinator to manage client communication, follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Handle client follow-ups and maintain regular communication
- Schedule meetings and interviews with clients/candidates
- Maintain client records and update internal trackers
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for requirement updates
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Resolve basic client queries and provide timely updates
- Meet clients whenever required for coordination and relationship management
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and meet clients whenever required
- Prior coordination/customer support/recruitment experience is an added advantage
