Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior English Language Trainer to deliver high-quality English language training for IELTS, PTE, and other English proficiency examinations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to mentor both students and junior trainers while ensuring outstanding academic results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training for IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, and English Grammar.
- Prepare students for all four language modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Design lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor individual student progress and maintain performance records.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and speaking interviews.
- Mentor and guide junior trainers to maintain academic quality standards.
- Develop updated teaching methodologies based on the latest exam patterns.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and achievement of target band scores.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Counseling teams regarding student requirements.
- Conduct demo sessions and workshops to attract and engage prospective students.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Prepare academic reports and submit them to management as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- IELTS Overall Band Score of 7.5 or above (preferred).
- Relevant certification in IELTS/PTE training will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam formats and scoring criteria.
- Outstanding presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
