Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for ELV & ICT systems (CCTV, Access Control, Telecom, Structured Cabling, BMS, etc.) Coordinate ELV/ICT models with other MEP and Architectural disciplines Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues proactively Generate shop drawings, 2D layouts, BOQs/BOM directly from BIM models Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM standards and LOD requirements Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical inputs Maintain documentation and version control as per project workflow Support project managers and engineers with model updates and revisions
Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge, and Experience 3 to 6 years of relevant BIM modelling experience Experience in Data Centre projects (ELV/ICT scope) BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Related Field Strong understanding of LOD standards and BIM workflows Experience in coordination and clash resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
