Job Description
We are hiring experienced Technical Support Executives for an International Voice + Chat Blended Process supporting UK/US customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to UK/US customers via Voice and Chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of International UK/US Technical Support experience (Mandatory and must be reflected on official employment documents).
- Fluent English communication (C1 level proficiency required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, internet troubleshooting, networking basics, and remote desktop support.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
