Field Recruiter – Admissions

Kerala (Field-Based Role)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate student admissions for Purplle Beauty Academy programs
✅ Visit colleges, training institutes, schools, and local communities to promote courses
✅ Conduct admission counseling and career guidance sessions
✅ Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local influencers
✅ Organize promotional activities, seminars, and awareness campaigns
✅ Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
✅ Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain reports
Requirements
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
✔ Sales, marketing, counseling, or recruitment experience preferred
✔ Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
✔ Passion for education and career development
